Q3: Is HoloAD available for renting?

A3:  We offer HoloAD out for renting only at the area with distributors, however, due to enormous amount of renting request it may not be available without prior booking. Please contact our sales representative here for more information about renting HoloAD.

Q4: How long can HoloAD last?

A4: Innovision Labs. offers high quality products with a long lasting durability. HoloAD’s lifetime can last as long as a normal computer in normal condition will.

Q5: Can HoloAD be customized according to customers’ requests?

A5: Due to the fact that it is produced in large numbers, we can only offer customization if the amount of units ordered surpasses certain number of units. Please contact our sales representative here for more detail.

Q6: Can HoloAD play normal videos instead?

A6:  Yes it can. Any kind of normal videos, whatever films taken from video camera or made by animation tools are all compatible with HoloAD. For details specification, please contact our sales representative here.

Q7: Can it be put in a bright room with a bright lighting condition?

A7:  HoloAD’s design is meant to be put for any purpose display. Putting HoloAD in a bright lit room will not affect its animations’ clarity.

Q8: Can HoloAD play animation with sound?

A8: Yes, it can. There are stereo speakers built in the HoloAD so it can play animation with sounds without any problem.

Q9: Does HoloAD have remote control?

A9:  You might remote control HoloAD with wireless keyboard, or within Wi-Fi environment, customers can control HoloAD through intranet, I-phone or I-pad’s application.

Q10: Can I install my videos myself?

A10: Yes. HoloAD’s software is designed to be user-friendly. Just follow the instruction in the manual and you can just plug and play HoloAD.

Q11: Does HoloAD have warranty that comes with every purchase?

A11: Yes it does. It comes with 1 year warranty.

Q12: Can HoloAD be used for other products other than jewelry?

A12:Yes it can. HoloAD can be used for any products’ animations. Car, Mobile phones, Watches, Real Estates model, etc.

Q13: Does InnoVision Labs. offer training for HoloAD customers?

A13:Currently we do not have a training for using HoloAD as it is relatively very user friendly to use. We provide comprehensive manual for buyers so they can install videos and use HoloAD themselves.

Q14: What video resolution can HoloAD support?

A14: HoloAD currently can support 640x480 pixel videos. This is to optimize the use of HoloAD’s software.

Q15: How much do InnoVision 3D interactive models cost?

A2: InterAD^® offers the whole package including following items.

Q3: What does ''AMIT'' mean?

A3:  AMIT is the short of “Advanced Motion Identification Technology”. InnoVision Labs. has been developing this core technology for years. Built-in AMIT makes Interactive games come true.

Q4: What does '' template effect '' mean?

A4:  Template effect is the effect that customer can use his own image instead of our existing image. But effect pattern is fixed. Such as Water/Fish effect, the water effect is fixed. Customer can load his image as top image and background image InterAD^®now includes plenty of template effects. All of images inside templates can be replaced with customized images.

Q5: Does InnoVision keep developing template patterns for free?

A5:  We will prepare to develop about 20 templates for free, after that, it might be charge with very low cost for each new template.

Q6: Can I only purchase “software” from InnoVision Labs.?

A6:   Well, it possible, but it need you to take care the hardware maintenance. If you have a specific team of engineers who can take care the PC based graphic controller, we can just provide the software and the IR sensor to you. Mostly InnoVision Labs. offers a package which includes software, hardware and contents service.

Q7: What else do I need after purchasing one InterAD^®?

A7:  On the hardware you need to get one proper PROJECTOR which can be installed inside the metal case if you had purchased it then the metal case will be with our product package. If you need to have your own image, An artwork designer is helpful for creating your own image which can be loaded inside InterAD^®.

Q8: Do I need to have training course to learn how to operate InterAD^® ?

A8: Not exactly, The graphic controller is a window based computer. We would say any one knowing how to use Microsoft Windows OS, that's the one who can operate our system after having few hours “experience” on our interface. Operation Instruction is a way to learn it step by step. Since our software is an open interface, most of users can operate it correctly after reviewing instruction.

Q9: What kind of projector do I need to get?

A9:  Any kind of projector can do. But we strongly recommend projector needs to be over 3000 lumens, 4000 lumens is better. That will help InterAD^® to get a better performance.

Q10: What is the maximum size of the projection?

A10: It depends on the height of the position of projector, the higher the projector goes and the bigger the size will be. But we recommend that the maximum size is 4x3 meters, because of the brightness of the projector will reduce more in case too high.

Q11: I have maximized the height of projector, but the screen size is not big enough, what else can I do to enlarge the screen ?

A11: Some projectors have a optional wide angle lens to enlarge the projection screen. You need to ask your projector supplier to get a proper projector and lens.

Q12: Dose InterAD^® need special screen material on the floor?

A12: No, not need special material, just use a white color mat material with no reflection will do.

Q13: Can I put the screen on the wall?

A13: Yes, it's the same as on the floor, it also can project from the back, but the InterAD^® unit will set whole unit on the back side of the wall.

Q14: Can I put my own designed images to the InterAD^® unit by myself ?

A14: Sure! That's where the fun is. You can just design your own images using PhotoShop or shoot from digital camera, and load it to Graphic controller.

Q15: How can I load my own image to graphic controller?

A15: There are two ways to make it done.
One is ‘Save the images in a portable USB hard disk drive” and then “Plug this hard disk drive to Graphic controller”.
The other is using network to transfer the image file to Graphic controller with LAN cable.

Q16: Can I use InterAD^® for rear projection?

A16: Yes, just put the Sensor at the front side, but you need to procure special screen film for rear projection.

Q17: What is the Guarantee after purchasing InterAD^® ?

A17: The Guarantee time is 12 months after delivery of product.

Q19: What background sound or music or Video those I can add in template effect?

A19: Sure, most of the FLASH templates those allow you can easily to change the images, sounds, videos to be your own logo, pictures, music and film.

Q20: What should I do if I need to create my own new effect, not just using templates?

A20: That is easy to do that, InterAD^® unit is compatible with Macromedia FLASH, you can have your own idea and creativity via FLASH design by mouse-click event. It will automatically be interactive with human body.

Q21: What does your network server do ?

A21:  In the near future, we will launch the Network Version of InterAD^®, it contains a). Content Server b). Management console and c).Player , all you need to do is editing your contents and schedule on the management console in you office, then designate every single Player’s work, then send all data to the Content server, then all players will login to the server automatically, and download the necessary data to playback. All the data transmission is non-manually, receiving files and updating the contents all over the country just go through the Network, and you don't need to renew the content manually one by one.

Q22: Should I need to purchase the network server with the InterAD^® unit ?

A22: No, it's for the quantity of InterAD^® units purpose, only when the volume of the InterAD^® units is quite large, otherwise we will recommend you to procure the standalone unit for convenience.
